Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Elle Hello, we are committed to providing a professional and supportive hypnotherapy experience. To maintain the quality and integrity of our sessions, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled hypnotherapy session.
   
• If a client arrives 30 minutes or more late, the session will be automatically cancelled, and a $100 fee will be charged to cover the reserved time and associated costs.
   
• This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
   

• Refunds are only granted if the client is not prescribed or approved for hypnosis by a licensed medical doctor or mental health professional prior to the appointment.
   

• All other payments for sessions, including those cancelled due to late arrival or no-shows, are non-refundable.
